Cincinnati reasoning: have an extra starting QB, expensing out to gain some NCAA targets/youth and adding an NFL S to fill a hole on my NFL IDP side.

Dolphins approve. Have not had a QB or K all season and I traded away my best player early on, yet somehow this team is in the playoffs. So, fuck it...hopefully the Browns let Jameis sling it. I'm sure I'll be bummed about this deal when CFB rolls around next august but smooth negotiations with the 2x champ.
